Good afternoon! I can't believe it's already October of 2013 and I also can't believe that I haven't posted on this blog in a really long time. I just wanted to inform you that I recently took a position teaching Private Piano Lessons at the Scottsdale Studio of Music in North Scottsdale. If you are interested in your child taking Private Lessons, feel free to check out the studio. They offer lessons for guitar, piano, flute, violin, voice, and other instruments as well as class piano.

Arizona Flute Society!

On Saturday, November 19th, I accompanied Derek Cochran, flautist, at the annual Arizona Flute Society competition. Him and I took first place at the competition.

Friday, November 4th and Saturday, November 5th I accompanied some vocalists at the NATS Musical Theater competition down at ASU. Both of the vocalists did really well and I hope they are proud of themselves.

Tonight I got the chance to perform with a new orchestra in the Phoenix area. La Forza Chamber Orchestra gave their second concert as a group on Friday, September 23rd. The conductor, Frank Darmiento, asked me to play the celeste with the group for the Dukas "La Peri" ballet. It was a great experience and I hope that I get to play with them again soon.
